At Serenity Heals Therapy, we believe in transparency and ensuring you feel informed about the cost of your care. Under the No Surprises Act, if you are uninsured or choosing not to use insurance, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) outlining the expected costs of your therapy services.

This estimate helps you plan for your mental health journey without unexpected financial surprises. 

 Your time and well-being are important. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee.

🔹 Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments will incur a full charge of the session for self pay clients or $65 for insured clients.
